Another singularity that characterizes Inmobiliaria Peñacorada is its contribution to urban development by offering real estate projects based on the action units, thus contributing to the generation of employment and improving the infrastructure of the area.

Inmobiliaria Peñacorada participates in urban management (art. 65.1 of Law 5/99 on Urban Planning of Castilla y León) offering land for urbanization and construction , in execution of urban planning, both on consolidated urban land and on unconsolidated urban land. and on developable land.

In particular, we currently have PERFORMANCE UNITS , developed through the concert system. With the Action Project prepared by an individual, presented to the City Council and APPROVED . The project also includes reparcelling.

The execution of the action is pending under the conditions established in the Project.

Consequently, resulting in an opportunity for promoters, builders, developers and investors who are interested in the aforementioned unit of action , either implementing the project by executing the urbanization, with the resulting resulting plots of land for its construction; either executing the project with the awarding to them of the plots equivalent in value to the developed urbanization.
